Fishing!! :)

So i think we picked up on a new hobby! I didn't know that fishing could be so fun! well Tuesday we went out to Sand Hollow with my in-laws and it was just a nice quiet night to fish! Austin caught 3 FISH!! he was so excited to catch the first one! we didn't believe him when he said that he had one! Lol but he caught a good size for just being on the shore! (i will post pictures too!) my sister in law caught one too and she didn't even cast out very far! i wish i would have had a pole and a fishing license:( i haven't fished since i don't remember the last time! so we decided that we are going to buy me a pole and license so we can go out as a family and fish and get on the boat! my in-laws said we could borrow the boat any time we wanted to so austins going to learn how to load and unload it and so i am so excited cause we can go to the lake when austin is off and i'm not watching kids!! Lol! but we had so much fun and i think this will turn into a family tradition when we have kids too. i want them to know how to fish and remember stuff like this!! shooting is one of our favorite hobbies too! we are going to go shooting for Labor Day weekend so i will have another post cause i'm taking my camera!

Our house!!

SO... i got creative and for our wedding i made my own picture frames well let me re-phrase that.. i brought wood frames from D.I. and then i sanded them down and painted then and made them look antique.... I Love that style of frames but wasn't going to pay 10 bucks for each frame so i made them myself!! which now i hung in my house and went to the fabulous Vinyl store in St. George Mall. i can't wait to hang the vinyl in my room! but anyways so i came up with this my self and hung it at like 11 O'clock Thursday night!!! but I'm so in love with it now i can't stop looking at it!! the vinyl made it so much better!!!

Honeymoon!!

So as many peope know us we change our mind about a thousand times!!! well we decided to go o Las Vegas for our honeymoon! it was so much fun! we stayed in the Hilton and when we got there we told them we were on our honeymoon and we got our room upgraded for free!!! BONUS! :) and then they brought us a Fruit Basket which i was going to take a picture but Austin dug in right away!!! lol! but we then went to the M&M Factory which was way cool it was something i really wanted to do while we were down there! while we were there they had a 3D movie and it was good for a 10 minute free movie!! i thought it was cute and Austin thought it was good! but then we walked the strip and went to see the lions at the MGM but they were already taken in for the night which was a bummer cause i wanted to see them! but then we went and ate it was like 10 O'clock when we got done with everything! then the next day Austin wanted to go to Pawn Stars so we went there and it wasn't as clean or cool as the movie shows it! i thought it would be way interesting but it wasn't! Austin was kinda disappointed too! We also went shopping.. which was much needed for Austin. We got him a new pair of shoes and then shirts and a new hat! i gave up my spending money to have him get new shoes! which i need clothes but not as bad as he needed shoes! but i love that boy, and would do anything for him! :) this is just one of many sacrifices that i have to make as a WIFE!!! thats a wrap on our honeymoon and i promise when i get wedding pictures they will be up!!!

So for Kiera's 21st birthday we went to Vegas! It was so much fun! Thanks for the hotel and dinner! it was so much fun to just go have a weekend of no worries! we shopped and just had fun! Kiera sister also came to dinner with us! we went to the swat meet on Saturday before we headed home cause Austin insisted i get a new purse (mine was falling apart and he was embarrassed to take me places with it!) haha:) Here are some pictures from our trip!
